Dental Practice Websites

I'd like to spend more time creating sites for small/medium businesses.  A few years ago, I worked alongside a web developer in Little Rock to create three or four dentistry websites.  Concepts and mockups were created by me, and he delivered the html/css.  Some of these are ok.  I'd like to try my hand at more.
